Tanned, Rested, and Ready

What I did on my summer vacation.

Right after the Supreme Court issued its Rahimi opinion, I started work on an already-planned article on the case.  It didn't go well.  I felt plodding, and uninspired, 

Now I'm flying through it, with my mind awake and the ideas flowing.

Why?  I went on vacation.  It made all the difference, which of course is what vacations are for.
